Iran: Coronavirus Fatalities, March 31, 2020, 6:00 PM CET
NUMBER OF VICTIMS (AS OF MARCH 31, 2020, 6:00 PM CET):
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) announced this afternoon, March 31, 2020, that Coronavirus has taken the lives of more than 14,700 in 237 cities across Iran.
New protest, riots in Iran’s prisons
Inmates of wards 12 and 15 in Tabriz Central Prison, located in northwest Iran, launched a protest rally on Monday night local time, March 30, after reports broadcast by the regime’s state TV claiming other than dangerous prisoners all inmates in this facility have been released.
The inmates in these two wards were heard shouting in one voice: “We are not dangerous, and yet we are in jail” and “Shame on you! Shame on you!”
One source said the atmosphere in this facility is very tense and inmates could be heard protesting and shouting, “Shame on you!” during a phone call.

Iran: Coronavirus Death Toll Exceeds 14,200 in 236 Cities
The Peoples Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI / MEK), announced on Monday, March 30, 2020, that 14,200 people have lost their lives to Coronavirus in 236 cities across Iran.
The number of victims in the province of Ardabil is 400, Alborz 600, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 38, Khorasan Razavi 1120, North Khorasan 190, Zanjan 250, Gilan 1370, and Yazd 305.

Tonight, April 4, prisoners in Ahvaz Prison attempted to escape in fear of the coronavirus. Guards opened fire on the prisoners. Sound of gunshots was heard for some time, and parts of the prison were set on fire.

WHAT ARE THE IRAN PROTESTS OF 2019?
Tuesday, March 31, 2020, marks the 138th day since the beginning of the nationwide Iran protests.
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) has identified 755 of the more than 1500 protesters killed by the regime so far.
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has called on the United Nations to urgently send an international fact-finding mission to Iranian prisons to meet with the detainees.
