Iran regime’s war-games and terrorist threats aimed to evade firm policy

Iran regime's war-games and terrorist threats aimed to evade firm policyNCRI – The Deputy Commander of the mullahs’ armed forces, Brig. Gen. Mohammad-Reza Ashtiani, said, "The Zolfaghar Maneuver will be in support of the policies of the government and in particular the Foreign Ministry." He added, "We have to show off the military might of the Islamic Republic to the enemies." Ashtiani made a terrorist threat, saying, "Iran has a classic army. No army in the world could match Iran’s regular armed forces which have the capability of guerrilla warfare, something which has been accomplished through hard military drills."

Carrying out such war-games in support of the mullahs’ Foreign Ministry and threats of terrorist attacks are nothing but a hollow show of force and a threadbare tactic used time and again by the mullahs’ regime to blackmail the international community and prevent it from adopting a firm policy against the regime.
