Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir said Sunday that the Iranian regime is supporting terrorism and interfering in the Middle East’s affairs.
In a joint press conference with his Egyptian counterpart, the minister added that his country will not stand idly in the face of the Iranian regime’s meddling in the region’s affairs, Al Arabiya reported.
Speaking about regional matters, Jubeir said there is an ongoing coordination between his country and Egypt regarding both Yemen and Syria.
Also during the conference, Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shukri said that his country shares similar views with Saudi Arabia regarding the Yemeni crisis.
Shukri also condemned the latest mosque attack in Saudi Arabia last Friday which claimed the lives of four people.
