France says IAEA report shows no change in Iranian regime nuclear attitude

NCRI – France said on Thursday that the latest report by the UN nuclear watchdog showed no change in the on the Iranian regime’s position regarding its international obligations and cooperating with the UN.

“The report distributed yesterday…regarding the Iranian nuclear program demonstrates that no concrete change has come about in the attitude of Iran with respect to its international obligations. France deplores this,” an official statement said here Thursday, according to Kuwait News Agency.

France said in its statement that “repeated” efforts by the IAEA to access and verify nuclear sites like Parchin had been rendered impossible by the Iranian regime.

The report released Wednesday from the International Atomic Energy Agency says Iran has put 1,008 of the advanced centrifuges under vacuum. Such a move is normally one of the last steps before the machines start spinning uranium gas into the material that can be used either as reactor fuel or as the core of nuclear warheads, depending on its enrichment level.
