Entirely fictitious allegations about the discovery of weapons and explosives in Ashraf and the explosion in the city of Khalis

NCRI – Religious fascism ruling Iran and its Iraqi mercenaries and puppets are trying to justify the murderous attack of April 8th against Ashraf residents and are preparing the grounds for further attacks with vulgar lies.

Iranian Revolutionary Guards News Agency, known as Quds, in an entirely fabricated news headlined “The discovery of weapons and explosive devices in the Mojahedin’s belongings”, wrote: The governor of city of Khalis reported the discovery of industrial materials that are used in the manufacturing of weapons and explosive devices, in the belongings of members of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (April 12, 2012). The previous day, Arabic media of the Iranian regime wrote: “Industrial materials used in weapons have been found in eastern buildings of the camp!”

Uday Khidran, Governor of Khalis, is one of the terrorist Qods Force agents who has systematically participated in various attacks on camp Ashraf in past years. In 2008, the Iraqi judiciary ordered his arrest for the massacre, displacement and forced migration of Khalis residents and destruction of their mosques. But Maliki’s office prevented the execution of this order.

At the same time, the regime’s Arabic and Persian media, in a series of lies, quoted this mercenary as saying, “Mojahedin, because of their transfer from Ashraf, are planning to set the camp on fire and make explosions in Khalis,” asking SWAT to prevent these fictitious explosions. He also claimed that three mass graves were found in Ashraf that encompasses many bodies! (Iraqi Central Agency for News, Ala-Esteqamah site, Habilian site, etc. 8 and 9 and 10 April).

Iranian resistance warns against preparing the grounds for persecution and more attacks on Ashraf residents, and calls on the United Nations and the US Government to take immediate measures to prevent these repressive measures.
