NCRI – Britain’s ambassador to Iraq has called for an end to the Iranian regime’s meddling in the country.
In an interview with al-Hurra TV on Wednesday, Michael Aron said, “We believe that the Iranian regime should not intervene in the affairs of its neighbors and this is not limited to Iraq alone, it also includes Lebanon, Syria, Bahrain and other countries.”
“We recognize that the Iraqi people do not want the Iranian regime to interfere in their country and are trying to deal with such interference,” he added.
“We will closely monitor the issue and are ready to cooperate on all matters in this regard,” the British ambassador to Baghdad said.
