NCRI – The caretaker of the mullahs’ regime’s Oil Ministry attended the meeting of oil producing countries while protestors held demonstrations outside the meeting’s location.
The demonstrators were carrying signs saying “Stop the Bomb!” and “No More Deals with Iran”. They also carried crossed out pictures of Ahmadinejad.
After discussions by Oil Ministers of the member states, the 159th OPEC session ended today without an agreement, according to Bloomberg.
Reuters reported that Ali al-Naimi, Saudi Arabia’s Oil Minister left the session and said that we talked for 5 hours without reaching an agreement. After al-Naini left the meeting, Brent crude rose $1.05 a barrel to $117.83.
