Claims of Mojahedin’s take over of land belonging to Dyala farmers is fundamentally baseless

NCRI – Mashan al-Sadi a member of the al-Iraqia coalition said: Claims of occupying lands of Dyala farmers by Mojahedin is fundamentally baseless and is not correct because contrary to what some individuals claim, the land where Ashraf is built is public and not private land.

Mojahedin’s position regarding that land is legal and a neutral entity can investigate that.

The issue of the land is now brought up after the attack against residents of Camp Ashraf. Camp Ashraf residents are guests of Iraqi people and they shouldn’t be treated so inhumanely.

They are covered by international protections and attack against them is an example of violation of human rights.
