Qods force officers in the Iraqi government are mandated to defend the Attack on Ashraf

Camp Ashraf military occupation- No. 46

NCRI – The Iranian regime’s Qods Force, has mandated a number of the al-Maliki’s Ministers to defend the April 8th murderous attack on Ashraf in their April 12 cabinet meeting, demanding that more severe measures to be taken against the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), according to the reports from within the regime.  The global condemnation of the massacre in Camp Ashraf has put al-Maliki in a difficult position.

Based on the reports about the “Iraq’s State Board meeting”, submitted to the Iranian regime’s Embassy in Baghdad and the Qods Force, Iraq’s Minister of Justice al-Shemri, from the al-Dawa party, along with the Minister of Road and Transportation, Hadi al-Ameri, defended the April 8th slaughter and called for killing of all Ashraf residents. The supporters of the Qods Force in the State Board meeting called for the deportation PMOI members from Iraq. Their calls met with protests by a number of other participants at the meeting.

Al-Sharqiya TV reported on Tuesday: “Commander of the Qods force, Qasem Soleimani, has called on Iraqi parties and personalities who receive material and military support from Iran to mobilize a political campaign against camp Ashraf.” The report added: “A number of ministers with direct  link to the Iranian regime’s Revolutionary Guards, demanded that in exchange for Iran’s continuing support for some factions within the Iraqi government; they call for the deportation of PMOI from Iraq and transfer the dossier from the Iraqi Council of Ministers to the Parliament, informed Sources in Baghdad said.”
