NCRI - Yemeni security forces are investigating five Iranian nationals who were recently arrested with an Iranian boat containing arms at Yemen’s coast, al-Arabiya TV reported on Tuesday. The TV also showed a picture of a ship that transferred arms to Yemen.

The boat, called Mahan-1, was pictured on the satellite TV station as Yemeni security forces searched it after seizing it.

A Yemeni government spokesman said, “Security forces have arrested 5 Iranian nationals and seized a boat containing arms on Yemen’s coastline.”

Yemeni officials stress, “The Iranian boat contained anti-tank missiles and the people arrested are experts in arms and military training.”

Yemeni officials have repeatedly protested over the Iranian regime’s meddling in the country’s internal affairs.
