Iranians from inside Iran have taken big risks by participating In the Simaye Azadi (Iranntv) telethon including the risk of imprisonment or even execution, and despite the intolerable economic situation, they have been non-stop calling the TV and have been announcing their contributions to the pledge drive. They are from different strata and age groups. This moving video clip demonstrates a small number of these calls to the telethon that started on Jan 13.
