NCRI – Marching with torches in their hands in front the Dutch
parliament yesterday, supporters of the Iranian Resistance condemned
Ahmadinejad’s repugnant remarks in recent days and mullahs’ meddling in
Iraq.
The marchers condemned human rights violations in Iran and the
terrorist threats to Iraq, in particular to the Camp Ashraf where
members of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran reside.
Iranians called for a firm policy against the fundamentalist regime and
in their banners demanded its referral to the UN Security Council. They
also gave their full support to Mrs. Maryam Rajavi’s third option for
democratic change in Iran through people and their resistance and to
this end called for immediate removal of terror tag from the PMOI.
Representative of the Dutch Young Liberals, Sjoerd de-Koning, praised
PMOI for its ongoing resistance against the clerical regime and
condemned mullahs’ conspiracies against Camp Ashraf as a ploy to remove
the major obstacle on its way to expand fundamentalist rule to Iraq.
Miss. Faeze Omidvari, representative of Young Iranian Association in
the Netherlands, whose next of keens are in Camp Ashraf and a number of
other relatives of the PMOI members who are staying in the Netherlands
joined the march to condemn mullahs’ terrorist threats to the camp and
meddling in Iraq.
A delegation representing the demonstrators submitted a resolution
adopted by the participants to the Dutch parliament’s foreign affairs
committee containing their demands. |
