Baharestan Square, facing the regime’s parliament, were reported to be packed by security forces today. Gun shots are heard and the situation at 20:45 local time is reported tense.
 
According to people on the scene, those who attack people are members of the Qods Force of the Iranian regime’s Revolutionary Guards Corps. This is the force responsible for terrorist operations in Iraq. They were heard to be speaking in Arabic to each other.

An accurate number of killed, wounded or detained is not yet available due to severity of the repression. Regime’s authorities do not respond to public enquiries on missing individuals.
