Iran: Security forces throw protestors off bridge in violent attack |

NCRI, Tehran, 18:30 – In the course of protests in Tehran on Wednesday: Suppressive forces are preventing people from crossing the road near the Hedayat Mosque on the Jomhouri-Zahiroleslam Junction near Baharestan Square in Tehran. Suppressive forces repeatedly attacked the protestors at the site with the aim of killing them. In one alleyway, security agents threw a woman in the middle of the road and savagely beat her. Angry people and protestors loudly cursed the agents. They also chanted ‘Allah-o-Akbar’ in protest. Some 500 agents of the Revolutionary Guards suddenly moved in from side roads and above a pedestrian bridge. They threw a number of people off the bridge.
