Natioanl Council of Resistance of IranNCRI - The social headquarters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran inside the country announced that based on eye-witness accounts, polling stations in Sistan and Balouchistan Province, particularly in the provincial capital Zahedan, were deserted. In many polling stations in this city, the number of voters was less than ten by the early afternoon.

Reports received in the early afternoon from Birjand, Torbat Heidarieh, Qaem-Shahr, Babolsar, Mahshahr, Dehdasht, Borazjan, Miyandoab, Khorramabad, Ardebil, Hamedan, Qazvin, Bushehr, Mahan, Shahmirzad, and many parts of Karaj and Qom indicate that polling stations were deserted.

The average number of voters by the early afternoon was no more than several dozen, and the number of agents of the Revolutionary Guards, paramilitary Bassij and plain-clothes security forces was more than the number of voters.
