Thursday, 27 November 2008

TVB, November 27, 2008 - On Tuesday, the Iranian opposition politician, Maryam Rajavi, visited the Holocaust Memorial at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. This exiled resistance figure who lives in Paris placed red roses at the memorial of the six million Jewish victims of the Holocaust.

This gesture demonstrates the possibility of establishing a tolerant government in Iran. By this approach, Maryam Rajavi has placed herself at loggerhead with the Iran's president, Ahmadinejad.

This political figure was accompanied by deputies of the Bundestag and representatives of human rights organizations on her visit.
