Iranian Resistance condemns visit to Finland by mullahs' Majlis speaker PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 16 October 2008

Lion and sun officail emblem of the NCRINCRI - The Iranian Resistance condemns visit to Finland by mullahs’ Majlis (parliament) speaker, Revolutionary Guard Ali Larijani, and warns against consequences of such exchanges.

The experience of past three decades indicates that the medieval regime ruling Iran takes advantage of such diplomatic and political exchanges to politically justify its suppressive policies and terrorism and legitimize its rule.

Like the other clerical regime’s leadership figures, Larijani has played important roles in executions and massacre of political prisoners, brutal and systematic violations of human rights, export of terrorism and fundamentalism as well as efforts to acquire nuclear weapons.

For many years he had been an adviser to the Commander in Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), deputy to the IRGC minister and deputy commander of the IRGC Command Headquarters. In 1991 and 1992 he was the minister of Islamic Guidance - better known as the ministry of censorship. For ten years he was the head of the state-owned radio and television network where he imposed the strictest censorship.
