NCRI, September 12 - Mr. Jovani Bianchi, member of Italian Parliament said in a letter to the Iraqi Prime Minister: "The Iranian regime has pressured Iraqi officials during the past two years to extradite members of the PMOI to Iran. The Iranian regime will do its utmost to manipulate the loose wording of the third clause of Article 21 of the Iraqi Draft constitution to eliminate its opponents."

He added: "Our views are that the aforementioned clause must be changed in a way that would bring it into conformity with the provisions of International Humanitarian Law, the 1951 convention relating to the status of refugees, and other relevant international covenants."
