Iran: Six Sufi Muslim dervishes arrested in Sarvestan PDF Print E-mail

DravishNCRI - Six Sufi Muslims of the Nematollahi Gonabadi order have been arrested by the Iranian regime, according to the Majzouban-e Nour website. They were interrogated for about five hours and handed over to the Iranian regime’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS).

Threatened and beaten, families of political prisoners manage to continue protest in TehranNCRI- Political prisoners at Tehran’s notorious Evin prison have been banned from having telephone contacts with their families for the past three weeks, according to obtained reports from inside Iran.

Sedaqat, the prison’s warden, and Mostafa Bozorgnia, the head of Ward 350, where the political prisoners are being held, are tormenting the prisoners under the pretext of breaking fast during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

On Wednesday, Harana news agency reported that Mansour Osanlou, the head of the Greater Tehran Bus Company Syndicate, was tried in the city of Karaj and sentenced to a year in prison.

Iran: 10 people hanged in 5 days in the cities of Ahwaz, Kerman, Shirvan and OroumiehNCRI - The Iranian regime executed three people in public on Wednesday in the city of Azna in Lorestan province.

According to the state-run Fars news agency on Thursday, the cruel and inhumane act was carried out “in the midst of high security and in public at the town’s Namaz Square.” A number of local officials, including the town prosecutor, were present at the scene.

The report identified the prisoners by their initiatives; M. M, M. J, Y. S, S. A and A. R. They were alleged to have been involved in drug trafficking.
